Auditioning
- Contact and organize all talent/agent appointments.
- Contact and organize delivery of vocal auditions.
Casting Direction
- Review auditions with creative team and oversee the casting of voice talent.
- Commiunicate and represent studio interests with contract discussions and other signatory related duties.
Production Planning
- Macro management of project/budget, payment processing, milestone monitoring.
- Scheduling of all studio facilities, engineers, assistants, and voice talent.
Script Coaching
- Work closely with localization and project management team for correct adaptation.
Voice Over Recording
- Model and mic all voice characteristics using state of the art HD Protools combined with various Class-A mic pre’s and vintage microphones.
Voice Over Directing / Management
- Performance
- Articulation and speech clarity appropriate to the copy

- no unnatural or distracting over-enunciation

- Vocal dynamics
- good use of the four voice variables (pitch, rate, volume and quality) in varying degrees to add interest to speech without creating discernible or distracting speech patterns

- evoking emotion and mood appropriate to the copy
- Vocal style
- natural read, which is more common; or
- stylized read appropriate to the copy, e.g., when voicing an Anime character

- Technique
- Good breath support
- Absence of vocal tension
- Absence of mouth noise
- Delivery within natural vocal range (not straining to be higher or lower than the voice talentÕs natural register)
- Controlled sibilance
- Controlled plosives
- Consonants not over-aspirated
- Consistent distance between mouth and mic
- Natural flow without awkward breaks
Editing / Mastering
- Oversee editing, processing, mastering of all dialog.
- Creating dialog specifications, scripting dialogue events using internal tools.
- Organization of in-game dialogue groups.
- Creating and Implementation notes for programmers and design teams.
File Management
- Create and manage all naming conventions used in game.
Quality Control
- Oversee dialogue accuracy in deliveries to/from all territories.
